This Position reports to:
End User and Factory Excellence IS LeadeWe are seeking a First‑Level IT Support Technician to provide frontline technical assistance to users and ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, troubleshooting technical issues, and growing their career in IT support.
As a Level 1 Technician, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related requests and incidents, escalating more complex issues when needed while maintaining excellent customer service.
