Responsibilities
- In charge of building operation (HVAC).
- Monitor and analyze Building Management System (BMS) for changes outside of the normal operating parameters; make appropriate adjustment that complies with the Setpoints.
- Log and distribute information as required to relevant Person/Organization.
- Planning and Decision making.
- Provide technical support to onsite personnel’s with regards to building operation.
- Preparation and implementation of Equipment Schedules for Events, Functions, Holidays etc.
- Fault Detection via Watch routines.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. (ECE, CE, IT)
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
