Brief Position Overview
The Fiscal Manager will coordinate and manage the fiscal and human resources
activities of the Western Transportation Institute ( WTI ), including assisting in the fiscal oversight of the Local Technical Assistance Program ( LTAP ) and the National Center for Rural Road Safety.
