Fleet controller

The Fleet Controller will be responsible for fleet management and monitoring, ensuring that each vehicle reaches its production and diesel targets, constant communication with drivers and the team, administering and controlling the daily attendance of drivers, and assisting in the capturing of data. Duties & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS
Senior Certificate. Code B driver's license & own transport. Required to travel from time to time. Available after business hours & during weekends. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Production & diesel targets are met. Fleet management system is monitored & managed. Communication with drivers & team. Data is captured accurately. Documents and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlines. Vehicle maintenance issues communicated. Vehicle services are planned & scheduled. CAPABILITIES & COMPETENCIES
