Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Fleet Manager to oversee the operational efficiency and performance of our client shipping marine fleet. The Fleet Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that all vessels operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Purpose:
The Fleet Manager is responsible for the overall technical and operational management of a group of vessels. The role ensures that all vessels are operated safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The Fleet Manager also oversees vessel budgets, maintenance planning, crew coordination support, and performance monitoring, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
