Position Description
Reporting to the Manager of Maintenance, The Fleet Manager will oversee our company’s fleet of mobile equipment and light vehicles. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and long term planning of our fleet, as well as managing a team of technicians. This position is a key role within the Mercer Celgar maintenance management team. The successful candidate will lead the future development of our fleet, including planning for increased electric vehicle technology, greenhouse gas reductions, and improved reliability.
