Hire Resolve’s client in the Logistics Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Fleet Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Responsibilities
- Driver’s timesheets: collect at the end of the shift, analyze loads and standing time
- Update faults on board in the workshop daily
- Truck decal and cleanliness inspection
- Monitor Drivers
- Monitor driver PDP
- Query poor performance from drivers
- Load performances to be recorded on a spreadsheet.
- Liaise with the workshop regarding the status of trucks
- Monthly reports
- Employing new drivers
- Do inspections on trucks after work has been done.
- Test trucks after maintenance has been done
- Dispatch loads to clients - around 200 loads per day,
- Schedule trucks with workshop and dispatch for maintenance

- Code 14 driver's lice...
