A global shipping company is seeking an experienced Vessel Performance Manager to optimize fleet efficiency and utilization. Responsibilities include monitoring performance data, recommending operational adjustments for fuel efficiency, and providing analytics for management decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with digital performance tools, and a degree in Marine Engineering. A minimum of 5 years in ship performance monitoring is required, with seagoing experience preferred. This role is based in Singapore.
