Flight Deck Technician

**Job Description Summary**: A trusted, hands-on partner who helps teams translate strategy into action by embedding lean behaviors, building standard work, coaching problem solving, and driving measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
**Key Responsibilities****Deploy Daily Management**- Establish tiered daily huddles, visual performance boards, and clear SQDC metrics.
- Facilitate problem identification and owner assignment; track closure and effectiveness.
**Build Standard Work and Flow**- Document and pilot standard work for critical processes; enable adherence through training and observation.
- Map end-to-end value streams, eliminate bottlenecks, and design pull systems and takt-based flow.
**Coach Problem Solving**- Teach and mentor teams in A3 thinking, 5-Why, PDCA, and practical experimentation.
- Facilitate cross-functional kaizen events focused on highest SQDC gaps.
