About the Department of Aviation Mount Royal University’s Aviation diploma program has been in operation since 1970, and the Bachelor of Aviation Management (BAM) began in 2024. The BAM degree has two Concentration options: a Flight Operations Concentration which includes flight training, or an Aviation Operations Concentration.
