Key Responsibilities

Licensing Qualifications & Regulatory Compliance

• Maintain all required personal licenses ratings instructor privileges and medical fitness (as applicable) to perform designated duties.
• Verify that all regulatory approvals issued by the relevant Authority are valid prior to conducting any training that requires those privileges.
• Adhere to CAE/ECFT policies procedures and safety standards during all training activities.
• Comply with Authorityapproved training program requirements and ensure all instructional delivery aligns with approved content procedures and standards.

Briefing & Debriefing

• Conduct comprehensive simulator briefings and training sessions in a clear structured and positive manner to maximize trainee learning and performance.
