Right now, we are looking for a Floating Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Bromley Tenancy Sustainment FSS Service in London. Sounds great, what will I be doing? This role focuses on supporting a wide range of individuals within and beyond Bromley to develop independent living skills, maintain their wellbeing, and improve their quality of life. The post holder will carry out assessments based on organisational needs, risks, and aspirations to gain a clear understanding of each service user's situation.
