In this role, you will manage and oversee the Floor Supervisors, working closely with the Shift Managers to optimize work processes. You will assist with training and develop programs to enhance performance and quality. This role is crucial for ensuring that Floor Supervisors perform their daily tasks confidently and professionally, while fostering an environment that promotes growth and excellence.
