The Flora & Fauna Supervisor will be based at Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort & Spa, a luxury destination on Boracay Island.
Duties
The Flora & Fauna Supervisor is responsible for supervising and maintaining grounds, gardens, and indoor/outdoor plants beyond contractor scope. Upskilling in gardening techniques and overseeing daily upkeep.
Requirements
- Degree in Agriculture or a related discipline.
- Experience in grounds maintenance and grading.
- Supervisory experience or equivalent capacity.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong coaching skills and ability to lead the team in alignment with hotel philosophy on customer service.
- Attention to detail.
