Flutter developer (Calgary)

Insight Global is seeking a Frontend Developer skilled in Flutter for one of Canada's largest independent retailers. The successful candidate will be working on the store systems team to support the modernization of their in‑house POS system used across hundreds of stores. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with hardware integrations (scanners, printers, PIN pads), building offline‑first UIs, and optimizing for performance and stability in long‑running store sessions. Skilled in Flutter’s native state and UI architecture and resilient API consumption in unreliable networks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Flutter/Dart experience across mobile and desktop platforms (not mobile‑only)
• Flutter desktop experience or working knowledge of .NET/C# and Linux/Unix environments
