You'll be a visible leader on the floor, briefing teams, managing event delivery, and ensuring every guest experience meets Sofitel's exceptional standards. When events are quieter, you'll flex across our Restaurant, Bar, Pool Side, and Room Service outlets, making this a varied and rewarding role.
