Food & Beverage Director

Summary The purpose of this position is to oversee and coordinate the operation and administration of the installation food and beverage division. The incumbent will be a hands on manager of the operations at all times. The Food and Beverage department consists of food/club operations in several locations, Included in these locations, but not limited to dining facilities, branded food operations, club operations, catering facilities, amusement & vending machines and entertainment and Bingo programs. Responsibilities Under the direction of NSA Bahrain MWR Director monitors. directs and administers policies, programs and goals for F&B Division operations, including full-service dining and other facilities, lounge bars, catering, snack bars, mobile units and branded food concessionaire operations.
