Zizzi started in 1999 with one oven and a big dream of doing Italian food, our way. We don't do bland food, people or restaurants. You'll know us for bubbly pizza, fresh pasta and good times.
But behind every new dish, seasonal special and guest favourite is a team making it happen. That's where you come in.
About the role
As our Food Development Coordinator, you'll help shape the dishes our guests enjoy across more than 130 restaurants. From menu launches to seasonal specials, you'll play a key role in turning great food ideas into reality.
Working closely with our Head of Food & Drink and wider Food Team, you'll help bring new menus to life. You'll work with suppliers and teams across Marketing, Operations, Training and Quality Systems, making sure projects stay on track and every detail is spot on.
