Position Summary
Coordinate and oversee volunteers and assist the Program Coordinator – Food Services in food rescue, donation procurement and distribution to community partners.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Coordinate and/or oversee volunteers and assist the Program Coordinator – Food Services in food rescue, food donation procurement and distribution to community partners.
- Record, track, analyze and provide actionable insights on food rescue data.
- Lead volunteers and help with daily food donation organizing, measuring, packaging, and distributing of food hampers.
- Work with Program Coordinator – Food Services and volunteers to prepare meals and hampers for various programs.
- Assist with food procurement through partnership development and community outreach.
