Job DescriptionLooking for an energetic and organized Food Services Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations, supervise the service team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
Job Scope- Manage daily front-of-house restaurant operations
- Lead and organize guest seating flows
- Optimize table turnover rates during peak hours
- Monitor guest feedback on Google and resolve concerns promptly
