**Responsibilities for a Foreclosure Default Specialist include but are not limited to:**
+ Manage a high-volume pipeline of foreclosure and default mortgage loans from referral through resolution, sale, reinstatement, or dismissal.
+ Monitor foreclosure timelines, bankruptcy holds, attorney actions, and state-specific compliance requirements to ensure timely processing.
+ Review title reports, liens, legal descriptions, and foreclosure documentation for accuracy and identify title defects or curative issues.
+ Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, trustees, title companies, vendors, and internal servicing departments to resolve escalations and maintain compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines.
