Foreman – General Workshop

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
• Supervise mechanics welders electricians and technicians.
• Allocate jobs and ensure timely maintenance work.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage inventory tools and spare parts.

Requirements

• 5 years of supervisory experience in workshops.
• Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle and equipment repair.
• Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
