Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Foreman - Print Finishing to oversee all post-print production activities, including cutting, folding, binding, lamination, and packaging. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, optimize machine utilization, and coordinate effectively with production, binding, and dispatch teams to meet delivery schedules.
Roles and Responsibilities- Supervise all print finishing operations and manpower allocation.
- Monitor daily production schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate workflow between printing, binding, and packing departments.
- Troubleshoot machine and production-related issues.
- Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
- Train and mentor finishing machine operators and assistants.
- Optimize material utilization and minimize wastage.
