Job Summary
The Foreman – Production will lead daily printing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments are consistently achieved. This role requires strong technical expertise in printing processes and excellent leadership capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities- Supervise end-to-end printing production activities.
- Allocate manpower and machine resources effectively.
- Monitor production schedules and output targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with pre-press, finishing, and maintenance teams.
- Reduce downtime and optimize machine efficiency.
- Prepare daily production reports.
- BE/Diploma in Printing Technology.
- Minimum 10 years of printing industry experience.
- Strong supervisory experience in commercial printing.
