Forming/Bonding Production Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join the production team. This role involves hands-on work with thermoformed components, assembling and bonding products using various tools, adhesives, and clamps. If you enjoy precise, hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results, this position is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and bond thermoformed components using adhesives, glues, and clamps

Work with hand tools to trim, fit, and prepare parts

Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency

Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Assist with general production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Mechanically inclined with comfort using hand tools (e.g., sanders, clamps, cutting tools)

Ability to follow instructions and work independently
