About the Role:  As a Hair Care R&I Intern, you will be at the forefront of beauty tech, contributing to the development of the next generation of shampoos, conditioners, and styling products. You will support the team in preparing for major upcoming launches, ensuring that our formulas meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and sustainability. This role blends hands-on laboratory experimentation with essential operational management. 
Your Main Missions  
Laboratory Formulation & Development: Execute laboratory batches for new hair care formulas following specific protocols.Conduct physico-chemical characterizations (pH, viscosity, stability monitoring, microscopy).Perform performance testing on hair swatches to evaluate shine, combability, and texture.
