Formwork In?Charge – High?Rise Residential Buildings (MIVAN & Conventional Formwork) – 5–12 Years Experience
The Formwork In?Charge is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all formwork operations in a high?rise residential building project. The role requires strong expertise in MIVAN Aluminium Formwork, as well as working knowledge of conventional, modular, and MS shuttering systems. The Formwork In?Charge ensures structural accuracy, safety, quality, and timely completion of floor cycle targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIVAN Aluminium Formwork Management (Primary Responsibility)
Lead and control the complete MIVAN formwork cycle, including:Shear wallsColumn & core wallsSlabs & beamsStaircases & landingsBalconies and façade elements
