Job Description Join our growing Roland Berger AI Lab to turn high-value ideas into working (Gen)AI solutions—quickly and safely. In this client‑facing role you will lead use‑case ideation workshops, derive business & technical requirements and deliver PoVs and pilots that can graduate to production. 
Your day‑to‑day will involve coding in Python, building agentic workflows, fine‑tuning models, conducting evaluations, and integrating data/tools via secure APIs- You will also design and integrate MCP solutions, ensuring seamless integration, observability and versioning. Collaborating closely with Backend, DevOps, and Architects, you will deliver secure, scalable, and observable deployments across Azure, AWS, GCP and on‑premise environments.
