At PedalStart, we run a sector-agnostic early-stage startup accelerator fund, supporting founders and backing them from ideation to pre-series stages. Our mission is to empower founders with the resources and expertise necessary for rapid scaling. We typically write $100-150k cheques across domains and actively invest in up rounds through our network of angels and VCs.

Role Overview:

PedalStart is seeking a sharp, high-energy Founder‘s Office professional to work directly with the Founder. This is not a conventional EA role; you will be a trusted extension of the Founder, deeply embedded in their day-to-day, helping them stay focused, move fast, and make things happen. The role demands strong organizational discipline, proactive communication, and the ability to hold the fort and make informed decisions when the Founder is unavailable.
