The Founder’s Office will support the Founder in managing daily operations, HR and payroll processing, hiring, team feedback sessions, employee engagement and anything pertaining to the HR function that is required in an organization. The role also involves vendor and financial management, and supporting with business development initiatives including the co-ordination for the Founder’s podcast channel ‘Breakthrough Moments’. This role ensures smooth coordination across all internal teams and vendors, effective communication, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
