Founding Quant Researcher — On-Chain Prop Trading
REALM are working on a mandate with our client, a pre-seed on-chain prop trading firm to hire their first quant researcher. This is a founding mandate, you'll build the research function from scratch and hire behind you as the firm scales.
The problem Statistical inference under pressure: judging trader edge from short, noisy track records across hundreds of concurrent books, accounting for multiple testing, survivorship, and shifting regimes. Around that sits the allocation decision of which flow to internalise versus hedge, real-time netting of correlated positions, and parameter design that holds up against traders actively probing it.
