Founding Software Engineer

We're building the next generation of insurance comparison for AI. We're a small, early‑stage company with experienced founders, and we're looking for our next engineer.

The role

You'll own features end‑to‑end (front‑end, back‑end, and internal tools) with the CTO as your main collaborator and sounding board. Day one is hands‑on: shipping code, running experiments, and helping shape how the product evolves. Because we're small, you'll have real influence over technical decisions and the product direction.

This role is 2‑days per week in Cardiff and the first part of the interview process is a 30‑minute coffee with our CTO in central Cardiff. Please don't apply if this isn't viable for you.
