FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment someone who can pick up a new client, understand their business quickly, and build the models, reports, and dashboards that drive real decisions.
If you’ve spent time in a large corporate finance department and found yourself wanting more variety, more autonomy, and more connection to the actual business — this is that role. What You’ll Do:
● Build financial models, budgets, and rolling forecasts across a portfolio of clients.
● Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages.
● Develop dashboards and KPI scorecards the leadership actually uses.
● Turn variance analysis into a story — not just a spreadsheet.
● Show up as a trusted financial resource for business owners who need answers, not jargon.
