FP&A Analyst

We are partnering with a high-growth regional organisation to appoint an FP&A Analyst based in Singapore. Sitting within the Strategic Finance team, this role offers broad exposure across business planning, performance management, strategic initiatives, and senior stakeholder engagement, supporting key decision-making across multiple markets

You will take ownership of core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. This includes driving the annual planning cycle, developing rolling forecasts, and supporting strategic financial planning initiatives.

You will be responsible for delivering actionable financial insights through performance analysis, variance reviews, and deep-dive investigations into key business drivers. This includes synthesising complex data into meaningful recommendations that support decision-making and improve business performance.
