Key Responsibilities
- Store Visits & Execution Monitoring
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution of brand and operational standards
- Identify gaps and provide immediate, actionable feedback to store teams
- Store Evaluation & Compliance
- Perform structured store evaluations/audits using approved tools
- Track and follow through on action plans to ensure compliance with brand and operational guidelines
- Sell-Out & KPI Tracking
- Monitor store sell-out performance and track key KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity)
