Fraud Risk & Operations Specialist

DiDi Chuxing is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist to manage transaction alerts and resolve authorization issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in fraud detection and excellent analytical skills. Strong customer service is essential for this role, as you'll work to ensure a positive customer experience while safeguarding account security.
