JOB PURPOSE
The Anesthesia Assistant is responsible for providing routine and specialized duties under the supervision of an anesthesiologist.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of an approved training program for Registered Respiratory Therapists or an approved program for Registered Nurses and must have successfully completed an approved Anesthesia Assistant’s training program.
- Must be licensed and a member in good standing of the New Brunswick Association of Respiratory Therapists or the New Brunswick Association of Registered Nurses.
- Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
- Ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Good work record.
