Freelance English Copyeditor/Proofreader

Job Overview

We’re looking for a native English-speaking Copyeditor based in Dubai to join us for an exciting project from mid-August to mid-September, and then for ongoing projects throughout the year.

Responsibilities

The Copyeditor will work as part of a team of Copyeditors and Creative Copy Directors to copyedit and proofread a range of transcreated marketing and advertising materials for our client – an iconic global tech brand.

Qualifications

You must have your own Mac (no more than 4 years old) and be able to be onsite full time with the team and client in Dubai during mid-August to mid-September. Other projects throughout the year will be remote working.

You will need to have significant experience (several years) of copyediting and proofreading, ideally including marketing and advertising materials. Experience as a translator and/or copywriter is a plus but not essential.
