Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SFCC L2 Support Engineer for a part-time remote opportunity to support Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications and related platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), incident management, debugging, monitoring tools, and production support activities .
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 application support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platforms.
- Manage incidents through ITSM tools (ServiceNow/SNOW) including troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution.
- Perform issue triaging and coordinate with L3 teams for code-level fixes.
- Raise and track JIRA tickets for issues requiring development changes.
- Monitor application performance using tools like Splunk and analyze logs.
