Freight Operations Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage station ULD inventories and liaise with Cargo Network Control YYZ and ground handling agents (GHA) to ensure sufficient equipment is available to support cargo operations.
• Implement the load plan and coordinate with warehouse and ramp teams to ensure optimal use of space and weight for each flight.
• Monitor data entries made by the GHA and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Verify shipping/ULD data in freight management and load control systems.
