Job Description We are looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join the Microsoft MW Enterprise project. In this role, you will support enterprise and business customers by handling technical and account-related inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of customer experience. 
You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensure accurate troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
