Profile:Responsible for maintaining exceptional standards in all fresh departments — fruit & veg, deli, butchery, and seafood. Focused on freshness, merchandising, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations across fresh produce, deli, and cold foods. Maintain product quality, stock rotation, and freshness standards.
