Front Desk Agent – Bilingual Russian/German Speaker

AccorHotel in Ajman is seeking a Full-time Front Desk Agent to be the friendly face and welcoming voice for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, fluency in English and Russian and/or German, and proficiency in Basic computer skills. Flexibility to work shifts including nights and weekends is required.
