Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office operations for a nonprofit organization in San Diego, California. This Contract position will serve as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and callers while helping maintain a welcoming and organized onsite environment. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage reception tasks efficiently in a fully onsite setting.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome students, guests, and other visitors in a courteous and attentive manner, creating a positive first impression at the front desk.
