Front Desk Representative(3 Months contract)

We are urgently looking for a polished and organized Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact in an automotive showroom, for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE. This role is temporary for 3 Months and is not focused on customer service recovery but on managing the front‑of‑house professionally while handling administrative tasks and outbound calling activities to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and walk‑in clients with a professional demeanor, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate sales executive or department.
• High‑Volume Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads for appointment setting, follow up on service reminders, and update client records regarding new vehicle arrivals.
