Description Nair Systems is currently looking for Front-End Developer (Optimizely + Lit + CMP & Personalization)- Offshore  for our UAE operations. 
Required Skills Hands-on experience with Lit framework and Web Components. 
Familiarity with Optimizely Content Delivery API, CMP APIs, and Personalization APIs. 
Understanding of event tracking frameworks and integration with analytics tools. 
Experience implementing A/B tests and personalized UI variations. 
Strong knowledge of SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and UX best practices. 
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. 
Responsibilities Build and maintain user interfaces for Optimizely CMS using Lit (Web Components). 
Integrate with Optimizely CMP APIs to display content from DAM. 
Implement personalized UI components consuming Content Recommendation APIs.
