Lead and mentor a front‑end development team while delivering high‑quality, scalable UI solutions for our client's Banking‑as‑a‑Service platform. The role blends strong technical expertise in modern front‑end technologies with proven leadership and people‑management skills.

Leadership Mentor, coach and support front‑end developers, managing timelines, removing blockers and fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. Drive the integration of the front‑end team into multi‑technology projects across product, design and back‑end groups. Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews and ensure best‑practice standards are followed. Champion a culture of continuous learning, accountability and high performance.
