Front Line Leader – Pulp or Power
In operation since 1971, the Ticonderoga Mill produces high end printing and technical papers harvested from Adirondack and Vermont forests. With over 600 dedicated employees focused on safety, environment, quality and production, we operate and monitor various pulping and papermaking processes and systems.
The Front Line Leader leads a crew of hourly team members supporting the Pulp or Power operating areas. Lead and engage your team to deliver above expectations results in the areas of safety, environmental, employee engagement, reliability, cost, quality, and productivity.
