Overview
To manage and control complete production floor with process optimization, trouble shooting, manpower management and resource planning through process excellence using company’s defined protocols, focusing on equipment capability and people skill enhancement.
Responsibilities Ability to identify an opportunity assesses the situation, identify risks with cost factor and impact on efficiencies, develop and implement action plans to eliminate negative material usage negative variances technical understanding of high-speed manufacturing environment, controlling yields, losses and product quality defects. Knowledge of quality control standards and techniques.
Well equipped with PI standards including IPS, Generic Quality System requirements, and AIB & FSSC 22000 standards.
Supervision of floor staff for effective working on one line at a time with 12 operators and 80 core workers/Labour are involved to run a PC 50. Planning and line scheduling to use up to 14 packag...
