Responsibilities
Reports to Front Office Manager
Welcome visitors and answer phone calls
Manage mail, packages, and appointments
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Maintain a neat reception area
Requirements
Minimum one year of working experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent knowledge of English language
